A group of us, known as the “Bucket Brigade”, went to a house in Boulder. Our mission was to clean out a pool with about three feet of mud in it from the creek that overflowed during the storms.
Things got messy in a hurry when our team waded into the quicksand only to find if you didn’t tread carefully the mud would be over the top of your boots. It was a long day but we had the pool in pretty good shape by the end.
Over in Longmont our team finished up a drywall job for a very grateful homeowner. KDVR TV came and interviewed us for a news story that aired at 5PM here today. We’ll post that news story soon.
